As Artificial Intelligence and rapid technological change reshape work, human skills are the key to navigating complexity and driving successful outcomes.
Founder & CEO of The Huuman Group™, Kristi’s international leadership experience spans more than twenty-five years of working across technology and consumer products for both public and private ventures throughout the US, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
She is a strong advocate for the advancement of women, workplace equity, and building connection and trust in the workplace. She is also an instructor at Stanford on the topics of motherhood & work, and workplace equity. Kristi holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a BA in African Studies & Classical Archaeology from Franklin & Marshall College and executive certifications in Organizational Gender Balance from INSEAD, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell, Executive Coaching from UC Berkeley, and the Fair Play Method™ by Eve Rodsky.
