Kristi Rible is on a mission to humanize the workplace by equipping leaders and teams with the human skills required to thrive in today’s ever-evolving world of work. As AI and rapid technological change transform how we live and work, Kristi believes that skills like empathy, curiosity, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving—rooted in trust and connection—are not soft, but essential.
As the Founder & CEO of The Huuman Group™, Kristi brings over 25 years of global leadership experience across the technology and consumer sectors. She has led and advised both public and private ventures across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa—bringing a unique, cross-cultural lens to her work.
A passionate advocate for women’s advancement, caregiving equity, and workplace transformation, Kristi works with individuals, teams, and organizations to build cultures of care and connection where both people and performance can thrive. Her work blends executive coaching, leadership development, and systems-level change with a deep commitment to building a more inclusive future of work.
In addition to her consulting and coaching practice, Kristi teaches at Stanford University, where she leads a pioneering course on Motherhood & Work, exploring the structural and societal forces that shape the experience of working mothers—and the opportunities for meaningful change.
