Kristi is dedicated to “humanizing the workplace” by preparing leaders and teams for a future of work that demands empathy, curiosity, collaboration, communication, and problem solving – all grounded in trust and connection. As Artificial Intelligence and rapid technological change reshape work, human skills are the key to navigating complexity and driving successful outcomes.

Founder & CEO of The Huuman Group™, Kristi’s international leadership experience spans more than twenty-five years of working across technology and consumer products for both public and private ventures throughout the US, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

She is a strong advocate for the advancement of women and mothers, workplace equity, and building connection and trust in the workplace.  She is also an instructor at Stanford on the topics of motherhood & work, and workplace equity.  Kristi holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a BA in African Studies & Classical Archaeology from Franklin & Marshall College and executive certifications in Organizational Gender Balance from INSEAD, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell, Executive Coaching from UC Berkeley, and the Fair Play Method™ by Eve Rodsky.
