Hey, it's 2020. This is what we know.

We know that most educated humans agree that gender equality and the advancement of women is important and necessary.

We know that people are ready for change. We know that it's simultaneously complex & complicated while also plain & simple.

We know that we cannot get there alone, we need more collaboration, less complaining, more doing.

We know that we need to better understand the complexities of raising children while being dual-income families.

And...

We know that Organizations are poised to be Changemakers.

Organizations have the power to set standards for society.

Organizations have the power to better understand and support working families.

Organizations have the power to help solve Gender Equality.

Organizations have the power to make a difference in 2020 and beyond.
